Shruti Haasan is on a roll these days, bet she is! After Balupu’s good show at the box office, the pre-release hype about Yevadu and also Jr NTR’s Ramayya Vasthavayya is inflating. She is now a golden girl in the eyes of film makers now that her movies are raking big time money at the box office.

News is that the lady luck of the sizzling star seems to continue in favor of her. This time, in a bigger way. If tinsel town rumors are to be believed, Shruti Haasan has been roped in opposite Akshay Kumar for a remake movie titled Gabbar.

Apparently, Tagore is the original for the Gabbar. We know Tagore is also a remake from Tamil original Ramana. Gabbar will be directed by Gamyam fame Jagarlamudi Radha Krishna Chowdary aka Krish. The film is currently in the scripting stages and will commence shooting in 2013 end. Shruti had had a tough start but looks like she is now currently the most celebrated actress. You go Shruti, go places sweet heart!
